Legal Question in Intellectual Property in Alabama

I was asked by a photographer to remove pictures from my Myspace page that were copyrighted. I did remove the photos immediately. Can the photographer take legal action against me even though I deleted the photos?

Any attorney will say the photographer can take legal action against you for copyright infringement. The real issue is how much will it cost him or her, and what can they expect to recover. Most likely, they will forget about it. Consult with a business attorney in your area for specific advice.
