Legal Question in Employment Law in Alabama

I work in Baldwin County Alabama. When hired, it was specifically agreed that even though they are open 1/2 day on Saturdays - I would not be required to work Saturdays. It is a small privately owned company. 10 employees. I am only employee hired for office/counter. All else hired in with Saturdays being requirement.
