Legal Question in Personal Injury in Alabama

A lady without license driving someone else car came out of a side road and hit my car while i was going straight and totaled it.Owner of car have insurance but insurance company said they are not giving me a payment for my car because she was not on the owners insurance. Is there anything i can do about this? I was also hurt in reck.And missed out on a Job that i had training for.

Short answer is probably yes. You should place your own insurance carrier on notice of this wreck as you may have an uninsured motorist claim.
