Legal Question in Social Security Law in Alabama

Social Security disability RFC form

If you cannot get your doctor or therapist to fill out a RFC form does it affect your chances of winning a disability case? Can you win a case on medical records alone if your work limitations are in the records?

Re: Social Security disability RFC form

The answers to your two questions are:

1) No, as long as your medical records reflect what the doctor would put on the form. It would obviously help if you had the form; and

2) Yes, if your limitations are significant enough to limit you from performing work and depending upon your age, education, and other factors. You may e-mail me if you have any other questions: [email protected].
