land willed to person that goes to someones else upon the first person's death.

If a person is willed some land and in that will it states that when that person is done with the land someone else gets it, what happens if the first pers signs over power of attorney to someone else who would get the land then? The person agent or the person name in the will.

Well, a power of attorney gives someone the right to make decisions about another persons affairs, it doesn't pass title or deed to anything.
