I note that you live in Mississippi but your question has been asked on the Alabama forum, so I am assuming that the Will in question is an Alabama will. Please disregard my answer if the will is in Mississippi because I know nothing about MS probate practice.

If the person whose will you are asking about is deceased and you are an heir, you have a right under Alabama law to be given a copy of the will and further, you have a right to ask the probate court to admit the will to probate and force the production of the will. If the person is not yet dead, you have no right to see the will at all. If you are not an heir to the person, you have no right to see the will at all. Wills are not recorded in Alabama until admitted to probate after the death of the person in question, the testator. Hope this helps.
