Someone not paying on a bill thats on your credit
Say if you went and got a BestBuy account so someone could put a item on it. And they said that they would pay the payments as they came out. But they have not lived up to thier words. Can I take them so a small claims court.

Leaving aside for the moment the wisdom of loaning your credit card to someone who can't qualify for his own, the simple answer to your question is yes. As long as the amount in dispute is less than $7,500, you can sue under the Small Claims Rules. The Court System has instruction booklets to assist you in filing the paperwork and preparing your case.
As the Plaintiff, you will bear the burden of proof to show the judge that you incurred the debt on behalf of the Defendant, how much is still owed, and that he or she promised to pay you back, but did not.
