How do I get a child support order stopped if it has been proven by DNA testing that I am not the biological father but neither I or the mother reside in the state where the order of support was first submitted

File a motion in the court in which the order was entered.

If the DNA testing wasn't court ordered, you may be required to do another DNA test.
