How do I have contact or communication with someone if he was court ordered not to have any kind of contact with me?

If he was ordered not to contact you, and there is no order prohibiting you from contacting him, you can contact him, by mail, text, phone, etc., without getting yourself in trouble. It can, however, effectively nullify the no-contact order, because he could claim that you voluntarilly opened the channels of communication.

You could also perhaps send him a message through his attorney, if he has one.
