various questions

i have been in the u.s for 10 yrs .i came on a visitor visa that expired.i just got married recently to a u.s citizen.which forms do i need to file?i unfortunately lost my i94 card?how can i get a new one?is it ok if i just submitt copies of the passport with the visa page?do i file forms i-130 and i-485 concurrently or can i file them seperately as i can only afford to file them one at the time?what about the work permit?when do i file for it?how long does the i-130 take to be processed?which form will enable me to get a social security card?

It is always best to file the I-130,the I-485 and the application for a work permit concurrently. Processing times depend on where you are located and where you file. Please feel free to contact me directly for more information.
