Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Alaska

I have a co-owner of my property, that has stopped making any payments, and has started stealing my personal items, and selling them, to pay their personal bills. When asked, I was told they @just don’t have the money”.

Can I evict them from the property, or what is my first recourse, in a legal way?

Start by calling the police and making a report for the stolen property. If they don't agree to sell the property, you'll have to go to court and ask the judge to order the property sold and you each go your separate ways.

Good luck.
