Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Arizona

I am about $30,0000 in debt. I tried working with a debt company to help me pay off my credit cards. My credit card companies don't want to work with the debt company so now my next and only option is to file bankruptcy. I am 2 months behind on my 2nd mortgage. I can't lose my home. What are my options at this point? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

You must be current on both mortgages if you want to file Chapter 7 and keep your home. The lender can file a Motion for Relief of the Automatic Stay and foreclose on the home if you do not bring the past due amount current before the Judge signs the Order.
