bankruptcy
i presently have 2 judgments against me cuz i was laid off two years ago, had a divorce and have not paid my cc's in 3 years, i pay 300 a month in child support, i only make 1000 a month can they garnish me and if so, when i file bankruptcy can i put those on there?
