What do I lose?

I own a small business a karate school and am a sole proprieter I was served papers to appear in court for a personal unsecured debt if I file chapter 7 bancruptcy do I lose my school?

Eventually you will lose your business, but first you should try to make arrangments with your creditor, if that is the only reason to file chap. 7. Why not filing chap. 13?
