Lottery and Gambling Law
As a marketing person - this question come up a lot. All is in reference to the state of Arizona. Can a business run a drawing/raffle/giveaway if they require a purchase to be entered? For example - when you purchase a gift card of $20 you are automtically entered into a drawing for a TV?

We have handled these types of matters in the past and the law requires a specific set of rules and conditions be adhered to. Usually, there needs to be some social benefit, i.e., a church raffle or a children's hospital benefit drive. I would need more details to know for sure if you qualify.
