Legal Question in Business Law in Arizona

I run a profitable company that services people who are having trouble canceling online/gym and other memberships and sometimes scams. Most of my customers have a lot of trouble canceling because of abusive retention departments or non existent cancellation departments and come to me before canceling their credit card all together. We do whatever it takes to make sure we cancel for them or we give them 100% refund.

My Question:

What type of lawyer do I need to talk with for breaking contracts or interpreting contracts for some of my customers? I would assume I really need to partner with someone at this point for this type of service, but I want to get an idea of who I would have to look for.

You should contact a business attorney who does a lot of contract work. For example, a franchise attorney as franchise contracts are very long and in need of interpretation, especially termination, etc. provisions. Consult with an attorney for specifics.

You should consult with an attorney who only is experienced in these types of membership contracts, but also the practices of assigning the contracts to finance companies or other legal entities who then aggresively pursue collection tactics. You need an attorney who can bring a "practical" approach to fighting these claims and getting your clients off the hook.
