Legal Question in Technology Law in Arizona

Written Contracts

Recently i conducted a sale that was mainly through emails. In the end i basicly ended up being scammed. What i mean by that is that the seller of the product did not uphold his end of the deal. My question is, would simply the emails themselves serve as any form of a contract? We had never made any contact to each other besides through the emails. Thank you for your answers.

Re: Written Contracts

The e-mail exchange is likely sufficient to satisfy a writing requirement even if you cannot manage to assert "performance" of an oral contract. Consult with a lawyer in your jurisdiction for state-specific advice. Best wishes,
