14yr daughter arrested for threatening another person on the internet

My daughter was arrested at school today. I 'm not even sure of the charges but, I do know she was on MYSPACE with a friend and said she was going to kill (taken out of context) another girl. She has never been in trouble before and would NEVER do such a thing. The hole chat was taken out of context and she even apologized. What is going o happen?

In the wake of too many school shootings, this sort of thing is taken very seriously by prosecutors - even if out of context.
