Legal Question in Criminal Law in Arizona

accidental shooting

At 2 am in the morning, girlfriend calls boyfriend and says

someone is looking in her windows boyfriend goes over with his gun to check it out, doesn't see anyone and goes inside. Girlfriend and her

three little boys are up, goes upstairs takes his jacket off

gun is in pocket he rolls it up sticks it under the bed, lays down for a while. Girlfriend wakes him up later to give him

something to eat, he goes down stairs to eat, while eating

the boys started playing then they heard a shot. One of the

boys was killed. They told the police what happened nobody

was charged. But the police said they would be back a month

later to question them again. Do they need to get a lawyer

now before they get questioned again? Or wait and see what

they say when they come back to requestion?

Re: accidental shooting

98% of all criminal cases are made by what suspects tell the police. Speaking to police provides them information to get you in trouble with. Invoke right to counsel now.
