Legal Question in Criminal Law in Arizona

I want to know about " How can I clear to my criminal case?" Please! respond my question. I have family, I need job. I have to take care my family. Thank you

I have worked at Walgreens for 18 months prior to applying for current position. While I was working at Walgreens, I did not know that an employee of the Walgreens could not use company issued coupons to purchase Walgreens products. The manager had estimated that I had a total savings of 50 U.S. dollars which resulted in the usage of Walgreens coupons. Had I known that it was against the company policy to use company issued coupons as an employee, I would not have used the coupons to purchase Walgreens products. The manager reported this situation to the criminal board of some sort, and currently it states that I have a theft of 50 U.S. dollars from Walgreens which occurred in 2008 from coupons usage. I did not steal anything, but the manager of Walgreens accused me of stealing. I am planning on appealing this decision to the appropriate board for clearance and redemption. However, I found this out after August 3, 2009, and I had no knowledge of such an unfair accusation. I am taking the time to write about this incident because I want to be honest.

Were you give any oral or written training when you started your job that included mention of being prohibited from using company coupons for personal purchases? If not I don't think they are standing on very steady ground. But it's Walgreens and they're a huge national company. I would stick to your guns though if you genuinely were unaware of the rule. It's not like someone handed you $50; it's just a discount off the purchase price of certain items, which presumably any consumer could get.

Best of luck!
