Legal Question in DUI Law in Arizona

I recieved an underage dui in Arizona. My liscense was automatically suspended by the DMV even though I havent had my court date yet. I recently recieved a letter in the mail from the DMV stating my liscense suspension was removed due to the police officer failing to correctly fill out the paperwork. It also stated the officer was notified of this and he could fix the paperwork anytime. Does this mean if the officer doesnt fix the paperwork, when I have my court date August 9th, the case will be dropped?

Thanks

In the unlikely event the case is "dropped," it does not mean they will not refile when the paperwork issue is corrected. They have one year to file formal charges. As you are aware, you have issues with both MVD and the courts. You need to retain expert counsel such as myself to assist in your defense. Please review my website and give a call.
