Legal Question in Family Law in Arizona

Biologically she's not mine...

I have dated this woman for 4.5 years and married for 1.2 years. She had a beautiful girl that I have raised since she was 6 months old. She is now 5 and we are getting a divorce. I have stated that she can have anything even child support. All I want in return is visitational rights (preferably unsupervised). My wife says NO is this still a possibility?

Re: Biologically she's not mine...

It is absolutely a possibility under Arizona's "In Loco Parentis" statutes. This means that if you've stepped into the Father's role, you can ask for access or even custody.

We can absolutely help.

I can explain the issues and procedures better by phone or in person. As you can imagine, there is too much to cover via e'mail. We offer free 1/2 hour consultations, in which we can discuss the matter in more detail.

Please call me directly to discuss the specifics of your case, or contact my assistant Alicia or my paralegal Jennifer to schedule a free 1/2 hour consultation.
