Legal Question in Family Law in Arizona

If you have never been convicted of a drug charge and you have been to court in a custody case and the judge gives sole custody to the other parent and then also states you have to go to drug court - can you be required to go to court again after your case is over? Do you have to plead guilty to something if you have never been convicted of anything?

This doesn't make sense. You cannot plead any way at all unless and until you have been charged with a crime or traffic offense. Maybe the drug court the judge was referring to was a diversionary program so that you could avoid charges? Or maybe it was just a preventive, educational type program? I don't know. You did not provide enough information about what county you are in, what type of drug history you have, etc. Please provide more info.

Thank you.
