Legal Question in Family Law in Arizona

Hi,

I am looking for the correct terminology as to what I need to file Long story short I got screwed by my lawyer.

My ex wife married a real gym and now I am stuck paying child support cause she is not enforcing parenting time. My oldest ( teenage) daughter no longer wants to go to dads house cause mom is being her best friend instead of a parent and is buying her. I am ok paying what I need to pay due to income ratios however I still want to see my daughter 50 percent of time like it has been for the last 7 years. My lawyer did not voice my opinion and I am not ok with it, what do I need to file so my case can be heard.

I have 2 other children with her and they are still coming over 50 % of the time. It is not a stable environ over and I need to get this fixed. Anybody with advice please feel free to contact me direct @ [email protected]

Thanks!

It's unclear whether your previous lawyer did not voice your position in court or directly to the opposing party outside of litigation. You can enforce what is provided for in your decree.
