Im going thru a custody battle in Arizona. My ex wife and attorney did not turn in there exhibits in time. What kind of penalties will they get? Can they still use the exhibits?

I can't answer this question with any certainty, but there are some factors to consider. For example, how late were the exhibits provided? Is your case "harmed" by not receiving the documents on time? Are the exhibits directly relevant to the consideration of your child(ren)'s best interests?
