Divorce and Child Custody NY/AZ

I live in Phoenix, Arizona for 3 years

and I am legally married to my son's

mother in New York City. Where do I

file for divorce? My son's mother also

does not want the divorce but I am

engaged and have a daughter with

my fiance. What do I do?

When it comes to my children; I

have 3 children from 3 different

mothers. I pay 400 a month for my

eldest daughter and 240 for my son

and with my youngest daughter her

mother and I dont have child support

issue. what are my rights when it

comes to my children?

You can file for divorce in Arizona since you have been a resident for more than 90 days. Child support will be calculated and you will receive a credit for the amounts you pay for child support whether or not ordered. Parenting access rights depends on a number of things, too many to go over in this response. Call for an appointment if you need further assistance.
