Legal Question in Family Law in Arizona

I'm a divorced male with custody of 2 minor children. I receive no child support. I pay $500 / mth. For the last year and a half my only source of income is my disability insurance. Is LTD Insurance used when calculating alimony payments. Should I file a motion with the courts? Also, I moved from Phoenix AZ to Yakima WA. Can my case be moved to the state in which the childeren and I reside?

Without knowlege of the specific facts involved in your situation it is difficult to decipher your question and answer accurately to your first question.

As to your second question if you have court ordered custody of your two Children as you've indicated you do you can move and live with your Children anywhere you desire,of course, subject to any limitations, restrictions or conditions ordered by the Court as to that issue.

Yes your case can be transfered to the jurisdiction and venue of Yakima,Washington upon the Court of original jurisdiction (assuming that's in Phoenix,Arizona) granting your Motion to Transfer the Case.
