Legal Question in Family Law in Arizona

My father was court ordered to pay child support to my mother, in Arizona.

He never paid her any child support. I was 8 years old at the time of their divorce, when he was first ordered to pay. I want him to pay at least 10 years of child support. I am now 34. Can I sue him?

No.

Only your Mom can, and SHE may also be too late. Had she ever sued him before? Any prior judgments she obtained will still be valid.

Have her call us.

One of our attorneys can explain the issues and procedures better in person. As you can imagine, there is too much to cover via email. We offer free 1/2 hour consultations, in which we can discuss the matter in detail.
