i just found out my ex girlfriend, filed a harasment case against me because I was calling a few times a day to talk to my daughter, not to talk to her. but now i cant call for my daughter and how can i see her if i cant comunicate? im heart broken what do i do??

Or, such can also be modified through Family Court if effects your "parenting time" which can include phone access.
