Legal Question in Family Law in Arizona

My ex husband has paid for our children school lunches since before we filed for divorce and has continue to do so during the divorce proceedings and for a little over two years after the divorce. He has never asked to be compensated or for myself to cover the lunches. I just got served today and he informed me that he will no longer be paying for them. Am I now responsible?

There is additional information I would need in order to answer this question; however, I can tell you that in my experience, the school lunches are included within the basic needs of the children, so if he is paying child support, that would include his share of school lunches (so he wouldn't be obligated to pay for their lunches in addition to child support). There may be circumstances in your case that would change my general advice, so I recommend you speak with an attorney as soon as possible to discuss this issue as well as the paperwork with which you were served.
