What kind of motion should I use?

My ex-wife and I have been divorced for 5 months now, she was order in the divorce decree to pay me a sum of money from the house and business in which she now owns. She had 90 days to do this in which has expired and now refuses to pay the amount. What form could I use to take her back to court on this? Can I put leins on her house and business or charge interest on this money? Please help. Thanks.
