Legal Question in Family Law in Arizona

I live in Arizona, can I get a restraining order against my husband who lives in NJ. There is no prior domestic violence reports on record, but I still would like to obtain a restraining order. Is this possible to attain it since I live in Arizona now. There are no children involved. (Been married two years)

I would need more information from you to answer this question. Are you still married and need a divorce? How long have you lived in Arizona? What has your husband done that makes you believe you need a restraining order. If you would like to discuss the answers to these questions, please call Stephanie Coulter of this office at 602 462 1004 and make arrangements for a telephone conference.

We can certainly help you consider and then pursue your options.
