never mailed in marriage license..am i still married

A.R.S. 25-123 does require that the person solemnizing the rites of matrimony shall return the license to the clerk within thirty days after the solemnization.

Without that having occurred, the marriage was not finalized. However, it may be importantr to seek a Court order confirming the lack of a "marriage" in the event the relationship is ending.
