Legal Question in Family Law in Arizona
Mother & father divorced. 2 children. Mother is using her new married name for the children, although father has visitation and pays child support. Mother has brainwashed children and now have them signing & using her new married name. School plays, church functions, etc. do not show their legal name. What can be done?

I would suggest you start with allowing us to write a demand letter to her. Then, if she continues in this conduct, you could file a request that such be addressed by your assigned Judge.
