ownewship of home

a year and a half after being married, i signed refinance papers giving the house to my husband as a gift, completely for the reason his credit was stronger and we could get a better rate. it never occurred to me he would hold me to this or that i was actually giving up all rights to the house. my intentions were purely to help us financially and never questioned my security in the matter. do i have any chances here. tks. francine kirk

Chances for what? your question is not clear..... If you were married for a year and a half you may be entitled to some equity in the home if any........ Good luck
