Legal Question in Family Law in Arizona

I am planning on going on a trip by myself in a few weeks without my kids. We live with my parents, and for the most part they help me out a lot with the kids. My parents don't like the fact that I'm leaving, but I am an adult, so it's my choice, and they also don't want me to leave the kids with their father because they view him as irresponsible. Is there anyway I can go without tr fear of them trying to take my kids away while I am gone?

Other than by reaching a written agreement with them BEFORE you leave, I am not sure how I could PROSPECTIVELY prohibit them from taking some action if they felt it to be appropriate.

We can certainly help you consider and then pursue your options.

One of our attorneys can explain the issues and procedures better in person. As you can imagine, there is too much to cover via email. We offer free 1/2 hour consultations, in which we can discuss your matter in detail.

Please call us directly to discuss the specifics of your matter, or contact my assistant Alicia or my paralegal Jennifer to schedule your free 1/2 hour consultation.
