pre nup agreements

I'm getting married soon. I would like to inquire about pre nauptial agreements and about how much they cost. i cannot afford a lot of money and want to make sure it's done right.

Your inquiry lists AZ and TX as relevant states, and I'm not sure where you plan to be married/reside.

I practice in Arizona, so if you are interested in executing a prenup in AZ, I can help. The cost of the document depends on the complexity. The cost is typically anywhere from $250 and up depending on whether this is a first marriage or second, and whether there are children, separate property, etc.

Your question is hard to answer with a firm quote. Normally, an attorney works by the hour preparing such a document and the amount of time involved will be dictated by the time spent with the client and the extent of the complexity of the document. Everyone is different as each person brings something different to the table.
