Legal Question in Family Law in Arizona

Question about a minor

My father and I were wondering if it is legal for a 17 year old to move with another family from Ohio to Arizona with parent's permission.

There should be no problems as long as the childs parent give the other adult a release for medical treatment and an insurance card. Of course this assumes that all parties consent to the move.
