Legal Question in Family Law in Arizona

I am currently pregnant and my Baby is due in Jan 2014. I am not together anymore with the Baby's father. I live in AZ and would like the know what my rights are a s far as visitation once my baby is born.I don't mind if he has visitation right with the baby, but he wants to keep the baby over night as soon as it is born. Can you please help me

Often times, the Court will allow Father parenting time with the child at an early age. However, it is common that overnights will not begin until after the child is one years old.
