Legal Question in Family Law in Arizona

My son in law left my home 1 month ago, my daughter and 3 kids (2 are his biological) are living here still. It is my home and I do not want him back in here even though my husband and I are truck drivers and are gone for long periods of time. We are paying all the bills and were feeling used which is why he is not here. He was unable to pay utilities and this has been going on over 2 yrs. How do I keep him gone, and do I have the legal right to remove the remainder of his belongings? My daughter just had his 5th child and he has no way to support any of the kids. We are tired of being used as he shows NO effort to change his life...Thank you for your time....

You have every right to determine who can and who cannot come onto your property, let alone live in your residence. You may want to serve him with do-not-trespass type papers letting him know in no uncertain terms that he is not welcome in your home. Of course you cannot keep him and the mother of his children apart, not to mention his children. However, that is a matter that she and he would have to take up in court. That is not your concern. Best of luck!
