out of state visitation

i have complete physical custody of my 9 yr old daughter

her father moved to arizona .what will i have to do if she visits & he doesn't return her to me in mississippi? can i legally go get her

Speaking from a Mississippi prospective, if he fails to return her (being under 14 years of age), he is guilty of interstate removal of a child under age 14. So go to your Justice Court Clerk or Sheriff's Office and file a complaint against him. This is a felony that carries up to 3 years imprisonment. Code section is 97-3-51.
