Visitation

my ex-husband won''t let me see my kids because of who i am dating.we have joint custudy.takes them away to a differant state and doesn''t let me know they are leaving.what are my rights ,its tearing me up because i have cancer and only two years to live and i havn''t seen my kids for 2 months

You absolutely have the right to "enforce" your Joint Custody Orders. There are several ways to do so.

1. Expedited Enforcement;

2. Petition for Contempt.

3. Police involvement(rarely, if possible).
