Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Arizona

Our dog was attacked by another 2 dogs
Hello. Thanks in advance. What a great web site. Anyway, we were at the dog park, a fenced off area where dogs can go off the leash. There, our small dog was pinned down by a bigger dog; it used it's mouth. As soon as that dog was removed, an other dog picked up our dog and shook it. Our small dog is in serious condition with broken ribs and needs more surgery to repair the large holes in it. Today it happened and we spent already $700+. Wondering if that owner is responsible? He owned both the dogs that attacked ours. We have two witnesses and another who came later that said the attacking dog's have been aggressive toward her dog. We have the other person's phone numbers. thx

I believe I know the place in question.

Arizona Revised Statutes Section 11-1025 makes the owner of the dog liable for any damages unless provoked.

Yes the Dog owner is liable to you for the damages and injuries to your dog, by statute. I hope you have his/her information. Good luck
