Legal Question in Immigration Law in Arizona

I'm curious about whether an American citizen can legally go to England, marry a native and return with that new spouse using a fiance visa. Could the spouse get a regular visa if the marriage took place there?

Yes, your spouse can apply for a K3 visa. I don't know what you mean by "regular visa." For assistance, please call me at 1-800-408-5818.

If you get married abroad, your spouse could also come in on an immigrant visa (green card). A K3 visa allows a spouse of a U.S. Citizen to enter the country and then adjust status to obtain a green card. The time it takes to get a K3 visa might be the same as getting a green card, so you could save some time by skipping this step. Please feel free to contact me for a consultation.
