Legal Question in Immigration Law in Arizona

FLMA for serious illness

I have an intermittent fmla for serious migraines, I was given a warning for suspicious absences. I only work three days a week, if I take two days its the whole week. They are requiring me to bring a physicians note for each absents. Is that allowed?
