Hey Arizona! Well done. I do hope, however, that if you have any problem with your applications, that you seek the help of a good immigration lawyer, okay! The reason I say this is that every document you file, every interview you attend, and every piece of identification you own, is a LEGAL document. Remember that. Once you file, if there is any problem with a material issue (one that affects the benefits), there could be trouble. This is not to scare you, but to simply advise. Your TOC looks excellent, but I cannot make any assessment as to the documents it represents. Hopefully the criminal records for your spouse do not render him inadmissible (hopefully your checked that). The best of luck to you!
