Legal Question in Employment Law in Arizona

I recently found out an ex disgruntled coworker, who was fired rightfully, is suing the company for wrongful termination. She has taken it to corporate saying many false accusations about a few of the people I work with, including myself. Specifically, she is saying I am having an affair with two of my managers and saw us making out in March 2012, which is why she was fired in April. This is 100% false. There will be a third party investigator that will bring on the embarrassment, stress, and aggravation. Im wondering if I can sue her if I get fired for hearsay, or sue the company.
