Can an emplyoer enforce a secondary employment letter? My employer required we sign such a letter even for off work hours. Is that legal?

If you are talking about an agreement that you will not, while still working for that employer, work for another employer, such an agreement would be legal. Again, it is always best to meet with an experienced employment law attorney to gain a more complete understanding of your rights.
