Legal Question in Employment Law in Arizona

right to sue

I live in a free to work state had a an indefinite suspension over a matter that was not my fault can easily be proven so, i believe my suspension to be one of a personal nature, do i have the right to sue since it is not a case of discrimination?

Apparently you cannot sue on facts as stated. You can always check with the EEOC to see what they think.
