Legal Question in Employment Law in Arizona

Unfair Dismissal Without Any Legal Recourse

Dear Legal Expert:

Facts:

I was posted on an L-1 intercompany visa from India to US with a US Multinational.

I was given a corp card before departure without any instructions of use.

I in US got ripped off at a Night Club where the Corp Card was legally accepted; by a attendant citing her diff family circumstances.

Later on under extreme stress/shock and all alone in a new culture/country inspite of meritorious service record; i lied about the usage of the copr card but later on an internal investigation finally confided and apologized.

However i was terminated and was asked to leave the country within 48hrs else will be handed over to Immigration office.

I contacted Emigration/labor office but they stated to meet in person that in view of short time was not possible.

I requested for pay cut. demotion, no increments as a punishment and consider my earlier meritorious record but all failed.

I had to leave the country leaving behind most of my articles/books and other personal utilities.

5 Years have passed ; till today i have not recovered from the trauma and one solitary act in an alien country within 1 month in the new country.

Is there any legal recourse of reversing my termination or other remedy available to me?

Your remedy, if any, may be barred by delay and latches. Moreover, legal recourse may be very expensive and time consuming with uncertain results.
